This was early on a rainy morning at Mashatu Game Reserve. We went back to the sighting of a male lion with a zebra kill from the night before and crossed paths with a clan of nine spotted hyenas (and part of the zebra) while on the way.

Thank you. That leg was dragged through the dirt and “washed” in muddy water. Your guess would be as good as mine as to its real color. Lol
