Negotiating the bushes, headed for the nest. As much as I still love my Nikon D500/200-500, I don't think I would've gotten this shot with that setup.

I spent hours trying to get a shot of the three spoonbill chicks on the nest last weekend, without success. Now I see this shot after convincing myself that the SAAF just isn't the spot to get BIF shots.

I now stand corrected! Great shot!
