Sometimes, these big cats just walk along, ignoring everything around them. One never gets tired of shooting these majestic felines.

Beautiful Shots Callie! Lovely light too. Can't wait to get to South Africa!
Thanks, Flemming! Yeah, enjoy SA and shoot a lot. We are 21 days away from Oz, cant wait either!
Beautiful, really, especially one, four and five. I'd love to see the first one in B&W!
Thank you. I am not really into B&W, but might give it a go, thanks. That guy is a beast, the biggest young male we have ever seen.

You're on a roll with the awesome sets, Callie. Lots of nice memories stored away for your enjoyment it appears, you have so many pics to share.

And he moves like he's fully aware of it! Let's hope he has happy and long life, and only ends up on peoples walls as a print!
He is the biggest of three brothers that were recently kicked-out of their pride. (October 2023) They are going to rule that part of the park in a few years, we are sure!

Thanks Kirk, yes, many happy memories and 1000's of images that I will never get to, but what the heck, it is the getting, not the processing that counts.
Love the one with direct eye contact
Really like that 4th image, looks like he is looking at his next meal.
Russ.
Very nice, especially #4 with the light and his eyes checking you out.
Thanks Guys - yes, that direct look in the eyes is magic if the lens and the look can be in sync. And if the light in with you, it is even better.
