I can't read the name on the front. Looks like a 4x5 view camera. You can still buy them new from a few makers.
 
Depending on the model the front and sometimes back can tilt and shift to give control over the plane of focus and perspective
 
It's a wood field camera, probably from the late 1890's to the 1920's going by the bar across the top of the front lens standard. The upper lens board retainer seems unique by it's shape so I'm guessing it is a Rochester Poco from c1899. Lots of undocumented variants from that time period but I think that upper lens board retainer is unique to Rochester.
