One from this afternoon. It's not my most artistic shot, but it's nice to see the creek flowing at full capacity. The creek runs down Madera Canyon in the Santa Rita Mountains south of Tucson. The tops of the mountians have snow right now and with recent rain at lower elevations there is lots of water. In summer and fall (except after a summer thunderstorm) the creek slows to a trickle or stops flowing altogether (leaving just a few small pools).

This is a focus stack of three images, with the sunlight filter from NIK ColorEfex4 applied.

Well worth a trip with your tripod! Well done Fred!
Thanks. The funny thing is I was there a week before for wildlife and took this same shot without a tripod (and with a longer lens). When I went back I decided to take my tripod and 24-70 to do it right.
