KES makes a clamp. For the life of me, I don’t understand why Manfrotto and other (lens makers) just don’t make Arca Swiss the standard. You pay 12,000 for a super tele and get a crappy foot.
Maddning but Arca Swiss is not standard. Probably a greater installed base and annual sales of Manfrotto heads.

Here is one. Many of them have the screws in place, but you just remove the screw and screw it onto the Manfrotto plate. Maybe not be ideal because it has two plates, but it works for me. This is just one, there are many, at different prices, with and without the plate.

This right here... Works great!Kirk makes make a conversion unit that replaces the whole top bridge of a 500ah. Or you can mount a AC clamp on top of the Manfrotto plate.
