Manfrotto to Arca Swiss?

Just to clarify, Kirk makes two, one for the 502ah which Karen linked to, and one for the 500ah.
Indeed... They both work great. I have the larger one, my friend has the smaller... TBH, I didn't even notice that she made her whole post a link... The fluid head works great for wildlife and has replaced both my ball head and gimbal for the most part. That Kirk adaptor really makes the whole thing very easy to use with the brakes and plates I already have.

I have a Manfrotto mvh500 with a Manfrotto plate which I use, when making video.
I'm tired of changing plate to Manfrotto when I use mvh500 as I have Arca Swiss on all my lenses/camera.
Is there a “converter plate“ I can use?
I use a smallrig plate with an arcs swiss clamp on top ... 🦘

I don't love my Manfrotto 500AH but for int'l travel it's fine. I use the panning clamp from my RRS Pano Elements Kit which screws (2) into the Manfrotto baseplate. RRS leveling base and sticks. It's a light, decent all-rounder stills/vid setup.
