Had a Tamron 150-600 never happy with quality until I sold and bought a N 200-500 but that was heavy so I bought a Tamron 100-400 and put it on a D7200 . One day I used my wife's computer and WOW the pictures were great . New monitor all sorted Original image 19 MP Cropped to 3 mp and re sized.

I have a dual monitor set up and I think the LH one just got old and lost contrast /detail. I got the spare out the loft and its fine now . With the original Tam 150-600 you always thought the AF fine tune was a bit off but I think it was a bad example. If you get a Tamron 100-400 then you must use the Doc ..You would not believe the weird settings it takes. I have two ..one is all + and the other all - . The squirrel is shot in JPEG sharp +9 No adjustments just out of camera. Thanks for you comments
