More squirrels in the little wood

I always love to see them running aroud, looking for food and chasing each other away from it.
This little characters are fun to watch and photograph. I never ever detting bored.

The last picture is my favorite of "Little One". Small, but curious and bold.

It's good hidden in the big tree. Save and secure. Had it come out later on?
Sure did! They are very wary here in Virginia. Hawks will occasionally pick one off for lunch and they are very territorial over food sources….

They are immigrated to Europe and there are lots of them in Great Britain, but luckily not in Germany. They have a virus in them from whom the red squirrels can be infected and then die. But it's cute anyway.
