Not so much of an issue but more just to see if this is normal behavior. Coming off a Canon R5 (for various reasons), it only blinks if iso needs to go beyond the limits one might have set in menu. The Z8 DX mode icon flashes as well but has the choice of disabling the flashing / blinking in menu. Thought maybe the same for iso.

My 2c: it (blink/flash or steady) notes me about which ISO control state (auto or manual) I am in. When I need Manual but see it flash, I turn off Auto. When I need Auto but see it steady, I turn on Auto. It's good for me.
