This guy arrived at sunset in our campsite in Florida; my wife added some light with a small flash light at low level
taking care of not temporarily blind the owl.

I came back to look at your owls a few times now. The Schreech owls and that burrowing owl on a stick are incredible.

I don't typically think of AZ when I think about Burrowing Owls, but heck they are near the TX panhandle too.
I've been to FL multiple times to photograph them. Perhaps I should visit a couple spots closer to home. Lol!
I was pleasantly surprised to see that there are a couple different locations all within the greater Phoenix area.
