This the NJ owl ?
Not sure what the NJ Owl is, that was taken in Florida.

Great image Chad! Here is another Northern Pigmy Owl.
Thank you, DR.Great image Chad!
That looks more like a Great Horned owl? and a great photo.
I think that's a photo that's actually improved by the surrounding clutter.Great Grey Owls

I found this pair of juvenile GGO's hunting in the Shoshone National Forrest.
The second shot shows just how well they can camouflage themselves. No wonder they're so hard to find.

Maybe report it to a local raptor club. They usually will try to capture and rehab owls.I was excited when this beautiful barn owl flew in after sunrise and landed above me. Sadly, later observations of the owl on a more exposed perch revealed a serious leg injury. The owl was probably still seeking a meal after an unsuccessful night of hunting.

Western screech owls are much smaller than great horned owls, but otherwise do look similar. The hole this western screech owl is sitting in is about 5" in diameter. That looks more like a Great Horned owl? and a great photo.
Thank you for the excellent suggestion. I did report the injured owl to the park rangers and to the associated zoo that rehabs local wildlife so they could be on the lookout for it. At the time I observed the owl it was still flying strongly so rescue would depend on it being located after it had weakened.Maybe report it to a local raptor club. They usually will try to capture and rehab owls.
