Between the roll - in (top two images) and the water entry (bottom two) the AF (D7200) lost lock and picked up the gull in the background. After watching a couple of Steve's videos (thanks Amigo) I'm thinking it may have something to do with my leaving VR (200-500 f5.6) on while shooting fairly fast moving subjects.
