I'll have to write this in English - sorry! I think they are both excellent, and the sunlight on the deer is great. In the 2nd picture, (the coloured one) I think you should have darkened the bright trees above the deer, like you did in the monochrome one.

I think the B&W is more impactful - the lighting on the head and antlers is wonderful.

B & W gets my vote

I love the black and white image. The shadows on the antlers really pop. I defer to all of the more experienced photographers here, but I might have lightened the eye a tiny bit more in the B&W

BW is better. I wold apply a vignette so that all emphasis will be in the centre, on the eye.
