rescue video files from xqd card

I shoot video with my Nikon Z9 in full hd codex h265 8d. I deleted by mistakes the files from the card. How can I recover them?

I tried several softwares. I could rescue some swf files but I can not open them, any sugestion?

I formatted a Z9 card before off loading images, I recovered them all with Recuva. Best part, it's free! Just saw your talking video, have a look at it anyway, might work.

What you deleted were the directory entries in the FAT or file allocation table and not the data itself. Applications try to rebuild the FAT from the file segments.
