Thank you all. Shots taken above 11,000' in tundra above tree line. Drops precipitously 500' to 1000', providing the backdrop.

Thanks, Bill. I was in the Park for sunrise and shot some panoramas as well. Still working on those. I hope you’ll keep an eye out for those.
Nice. A real shame I had to move so far away from the high country!

Lovely shots. I was there once in 2009 during the rut (completely by chance). That was 14 months before I picked up a DSLR. I truly need to get back there.

Thank you Steve, Koos, & Jake. I first visited "The High Country" in the 1970's long before my first DSLR as well. Almost 50 years later, finally moved to Fort Collins, CO. Really enjoying all RMNP has to offer in all four seasons.
