Just received a phone call that my Z800pf is on its way and way before Christmas. Can't wait to start shooting anything. Will try to post some pics as soon as possible.

Your going to love it. My 800mm is practically welded to the Z9. It’s been at home there since April.

I received email Wednesday that my order was processing. Second email yesterday said it had shipped. Tracking # shows delivery Monday. Hooray!!
Lens arrived yesterday afternoon. I was in my shop and my daughter brought in the box. I was busy loading an order in the shop and when I walked through the patio, WOW, there it was.... The lens looks great tomorrow to the yard.

The weight seems reasonable. I have it on a monopod but may need a longer foot. Too bad, no hard case from Nikon. It may fit into one of my pelican cases. I like a hard case when traveling. Now I have to upgrade my Z9. Not sure what the upgrade will do for me as I am happy with most of the features. I do like several of Steve's suggestions Z9 suggestions.
