I think it's an immature male rather than leucistic, although I'll certainly be keeping a closer eye on the cardinals now. (I had no idea albinism was even a "thing" in cardinals.)

Immature male cardinals look like female cardinals only have black beak. This bird is an adult male with white feathers which makes it leucistic, but not albino. Still maintains pigment in a lot of feathers, but has brown eyes. Just about any species of bird can be leucistic, ie. having some white feathers, but not being an albino. :)

@Woodyg3 Holy owl! Looks like you were about to become someone's dinner. What's the story behind your picture?

Dad was busy hunting for crickets, worms, and grasshoppers for the youngsters. He would land, hand the food off to the female, then take off and he took no notice at all of me or any other human in the area. He landed on a trail sign five feet away from me several times. :)
