Shoulder strap, belt ideas for a camera and telephoto lens

I use a sun-sniper, sling style strap, with a Nikon D7200 and a Tamron 150-600 mm or 70-200 mm. No problem going on for hours. However if I'm walking for longer time and not using the camera I put a carabin in the cameras mounting screw and in one of the belt straps to stop the camera swinging
