Back in time, The Portage Des Sioux Power Plant had twin smoke stacks before the EPA made them change to one large fat one. Personally, I thought the twin stacks made a much more elegant building. Shooting across the Mississippi River from Alton river's edge looking toward Portage Des Sioux.
