Awsome photo and bird I was very happy to see my first Horned lark last week in migration in Gaspésie, Québec.I came across these Horned Larks by the side of a dirt road early one morning as I was out scouting Sage Grouse leks. There a couple of dozen of these guys hopping around the brush and hanging out by the roadside.

Nice! I haven't seen any here in Ohio in seven or eight years.Was surprised to see this Red Crossbill in the yard today as it's been a decade or more since I've seen one of these hanging around.

We see Red Breasted Nuthatches in the yard pretty frequently but I was surprised to see this White Breasted Nuthatch swoop in for some sunflower seeds:
