Silver Argiope perhaps. Dunno what its eating but by the shape it could be a cricket or grashopper type bug. Difficult to say as it's been wrapped.
very nice. Check out Orb Spiders, the above name is most probably right - I normally stop at spider, lol. Looks like a moth that wrapped in the silk!
