Wonder how to improve this. I OOF focus flower on the right side bothers me. Any suggestions

If it were my shot, I'd nudge the crop to the right, introduce a -3 LR vignette, background mask and add to it that flower then darken and desaturate a little. I'd then put a small circular mask smack in the center, invert and reduce exposure by maybe -5. All in attempt to make it less of a focus point.
