That's a really cool image and nicely seen!

FWIW, I'd probably either crop a bit off the top of the image or burn down that area to reduce the impact of the sky showing through at the top. To me that bit of brighter sky at the top allows the view to sort of leak out of the top and reduces that feeling of a tunnel through the trees leading to the brighter foliage in the background down low. A bit of vignette might accomplish the same thing.
