Thank you. I will reverse the back screen so it is not touchable To rule that out.
I think there is also a touch screen command that turns this feature off and on. I do not have my camera in front of me so I cannot tell you for certain, but look at the icons displayed on the rear monitor.

Another possible mistake with modern ILC's is easy to make.... If the exposure varies wildly between frames, check if Exposure Bracketing has been left on.
This can be disconcerting if you react to an unexpected event without prechecking settings. In the heat of the moment.... reviewing a burst of images... it can take a second, or longer, to recognize the problem ;)
