Really a beautiful image. Subject and background colors work well together. Strong composition. Nice pose with an ever so slight head turn. Very good fine feather details.
The background and the blue are fairly balanced. You might try desaturating the yellows just a bit - or not. Toning down the background might help the bird stand out a bit more. Or not!

Not much to critique here but to appreciate the image - delightful. Looks like the 1.4x teleconverter gave you an extra reach without compromising the image quality.
