#1 in my opinion. Like the look on the birds face (left in shot) and the arc of the wings of both. Those features just add a bit more to that shot for me. All are fantastic!

#1 for me. The eagle with the fish seems in control, where in #2 and #3 it looks like it's falling out of the sky, very awkward "out of control" pose. I see more of a consistent 'story' without a confusing element in the pose in #1.

while i like the fish splash in #2, i prefer #1 over all since the eagle bodies don’t intersect

Definitely #1 for me; all about those two wings in upper left 'becoming' parallel as if part of a choreographed routine! Again, stunning photograph technically and artistically. Oh yah! Print it and print it large!
