Good light and great color not to mention tack sharp where it needs to be. Nicely done. That's the best one I got. Still a beginner. D850 500mm
The trick to file uploading is resizing to no larger than 1200x800 pixels. There's no need to crop the photo at all, just downsize it with image editing software. If you don't use something like Lightroom or Photoshop which include image resizing functions you can do it with various free image editing applications or can even do it in Windows Paint if you use a Windows system.I had to crop that tight to be able to post it. Thanks for the kind words.
Nice to catch the Waffling geese in action. This is one of my early digital attempts after a 25 or so year break from photography. Not the best quality but I like the upside down geese. Taken in 2018 with a D3400 and a 300mm f4.5 manual lens.

Very nice. I really like the low shooting perspective. Great job! These are a few photos I got of a Lesser Scaup last spring. D500 with 200-500mm.
Curious duck with its filtration system!Pink-eared Duck. The unusual bill is used to filter zooplankton from the surface of ponds. If you look closely you can see the very fine filtration hairs under the bill.
