Are you sure the ball has a crack and it's not a small vertical depression running vertically down the ball? Look at the example near the white arrow. I've not had good luck contacting anyone with FlexShooter for service. There are several websites though all of the emails bounce back although if you email Art at the link BBC provided, maybe he can help...
