Not complaining The lens will come when it will come. I was still lucky to be able to capture my first hummer yesterday (with my old Tamron 100-400mm).
The feeder in my yard most summers sees hummers only buzz by a handful of times. But yesterday, maybe because it was very hot, this little lady hung around and returned a few times for another sip. Gave me a chance to practice a little. These were all taken in the shadow, with not enough reach - so heavily cropped and Topaz to the rescue. Still, I am happy to finally get some shots of this beautiful bird.
