Z-Mount 400mm and 600mm

I'am trans to the Z System Lens , the 400mm and 600mm but I see that if you have a pacemaker you should not use them (Which I do). So should I stick with my F-Mount 400 or 600mm lens or what have you heard about using the new Z 400 and 600m with regard to a pacemaker. Would like a answer to this?
