Reset via Setup Menu > Reset all settings > Reset. The camera will be reset to factory settings.

If you’ve saved menu settings, everything is saved except perhaps IPTC content which can be saved/loaded thru the IPTC menu, if needed. The full list of what is saved is at the link below.
