I should have noted my heaviest lens combo is probably a D850, with 200-500 but I have put on a lot of miles with it strapped across the chest.
I always make sure everything is tight and check the little loops for wear and tear. In 6 months or so I have replaced one that was on a sharp edge. It was still probably usable.
