Nikon 400/4.5 & Z Teleconverter Question

One option worth considering is the sony 300 f 2.8 with TC & adapter with Z9 ( i have been using it with the Nikon 400 f 4.5 ) .I have the combo (with both TCs) & it seems to be working pretty well during my test shots
The advantage of the combo woul be be to use it with out TC at dawn & dusk for animals & during day with Tcs for birds
I am going on a Tiger safari next month & i will put it on test under real world conditions
