Question? Storage of Equipment

Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet ( EDC-120L) ... front door opening, slide out shelves (actually seldom used). Seals and keeps humidity levels where I want it and keeps out the dust and that gets me to make sure my gear is cleaned off before I put it away when I get back from the field. Got it in July 2020 and so far very happy with it. No digging through multiple bags to find what I want to take out for the day or week.View attachment 9293View attachment 9294View attachment 9293View attachment 9294
HS Ken, that’s a serious bit of kit!

Keeping everything in a Pelican 1600 case using modular foam dividers, but looking into other divider systems. The case provides excellent protection. For trips and shoots I use a Loewe ProTactic 350 backpack loaded what I believe I need. So far no issues with fungus or mold. I have a truckload of smaller parts, replacement caps, batteries, electronic eyes for remote flash operation etc. which I keep in a multi-drawer container I bought at Home Depot. Works well and keeps it organized.

Anyone have additional experience using an electronic dry cabinet? They range in price and sizes but are suppose to excel in humidity control. At first glance, I thought they were expensive ($300-$600) but then I figured it was cheaper than most of my gear individually, and a bit more frugal and convenient than multiple pelican style cases. I'm considering the purchase and wanted to reach out if anyone had suggestions re: manufacturer, calculating size needed, etc. I like the Ruggard Electronic Dry Cabinet ( EDC-120L) Ken mentioned. Thanks!
