These are Golden-headed Cisticolas, an extroverted acrobatic little guy that perches high on bushes, often doing the 'splits'.

I believe this is an immature Starling photographed last month in Martinsburg, WV. Nikon Z9 and Nikkor 600mm f/4E Lens at 1/3200, f/4, ISO 200 and 3/4 EV.

Rock Wren, a world of wonder packed into 0.6 oz. Normally not seen in North Central Texas. It remained at the same location for weeks. They bob entire body up and down as if doing deep knee bends, or in avian orthopedics, deep ankle bends.

Came across this Yellow Warbler hopping about in some bushes, got a few clear shots but I liked this image where there was a peekaboo hole giving me a clear line of sight but with lots of foreground foliage that blurred into a nice shade of green.
