I was out for a walk in our local Provincial Park this past Friday and was fortunate enough to come across these beautiful tiny creatures. Chickadees are the least shy bird species in my limited experience (under a year) of taking pictures of wildlife, but if you're half ready for them some of the pictures turn out quite nice. They sure don't stay in one spot for long (under a second pretty much always). A fun challenge!

All images shot: D750, Nikkor 200-500mm, M mode, auto ISO, AF C Single, handheld, PP (Lightroom and Photoshop)
