I don't find anything negative about this. It's a beautiful image of the bird in it's environment. Very natural looking. There are a dozen different interruptions to be had ,this being one.

Its a beautiful moody shot with interest. I would try and get a little more detail in the black breast feathers. Well done. I much prefer the first shot to the closer up
