Wild Horses With The Z6iii

Steve: Great shots (no surprise there). I see that you used the 180-600 in 3 of the 5 posted shots. I shoot a Z8 with the 180-600 and I find I really like the versatility. Ken
The zoom was essential for these - they are always moving and being able to adjust the crop on the fly is really helpful.

there is everything - moments, light, characteristic background and adequate processing. Only the last shot does not fit the set due to the disturbed balance of the frame - gravity to the left.

Beautiful. All great, but I do like #3 the best. I love photographing horses, whether wild, or not. They are perfect blend of beauty and power. That horse in the rainbow shot almost looks as if he was groomed. LOL

Thanks! I had to wait about an hour in hopes that shot would happen. He was only there a moment, but it was long enough :)
