Congratulations Karl, I love your products and also your great customer service. I have recommended your eye pieces, hoods and lens caps to all my photo friends and also recommended your hoods to several photographers on YouTube that have been having problems with their hoods, especially the Nikon hoods.

Congrats :) I have your Z8/Z9 eyepieces - so much better than the original and also much better than eyepiece offerings from other sources. I also have your Nikon 800mm lens two piece lens hade and your lens cap - right on the money for useability and function.

There have been so many customers over the years who mention BCG forums as the place they found out about my products. The support from this community has not been taken for granted. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I wouldn't be where I am without you folks.

My second full time employee is starting next week, and I hope to pass off most of the day-to-day grind to him so I can get back into the piece I do best - new product development.

We've outgrown the garage, so we'll soon be looking for a bigger & better home.

I found out about you on this forum as well. I love my lens hoods and Z8 eye pieces.

The only thing exceeding the quality and performance of the lens hood, cap and eyepiece that I have purchased is the customer service that was provided. And I thank BCG for the introduction to Zemlin products. It was the candid reviews written by many of the users here that convinced me to make my first purchase. And I found the quality and durability unsurpassed. Congratulations Karl, your exemplary work, in every facet of your business, does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations Karl! You might remember me as one of the first (or only) that screwed up the installation of the retainer ring on my 800PF. You answered the phone directly (which surprised me) and took care of my issue immediately. I wish you the best of luck in this new business opportunity.

Great to hear Karl. Wishing you many years of success and bringing more great products to us.

I am probably just preaching to the choir and at the risk of being a broken record I still want to clear to everyone who is reading this that Karl is THE business. I once requested a rear cover to be done and reached out to Karl. As soon as he gets onto it, the design and production all done within a week and he even rush the Fedex to me before I flew out for a month long trip.

I just hope Karl can maintain this efficiency because he is going to be so busy producing stuff with B&H being a vendor.
