Wow, I agree with Hut, those are great captures. We thought we were going to be In Yosemite right about now, but with the fires we canceled out, & we heard that Yosemite was closed any way, so naturally we’re glad we didn’t go. At Flaming Gorge now, but smoky here also & dark skies aren’t cooperating & my allergies to smoke aren’t cooperating at all!Shots taken in August in Yosemite National Park, Tuolumne Meadows area. From shore of Tenaya Lake, the top of Pothole Dome and Olmstead Point, with Michael Frye workshop. Got "smoked out" on third night! I did use Starry Landscape Stacker but can't recall which ones. Processed in LrC and PS as needed. Shot three with a D850 and two with a Z7, four with a 20mm, the tree was shot with an 18-35mm. The tree and the rocks included using a shot that was lit up to highlight the foreground or subject.
