I think the concern of many seems to be not the letter of the European law but how it will be applied. It appears that the “spirit” of the law is how it is applied more than the specifics.

There is a reason some site names contain the key word "rumor"... And this whole charging directive is on the same level as the EU "cookie" law: very usefull if understood and enforced correctly, barely done so by the online world so.
