Much appreciated Dan! I love the male Cormorants in breeding plumage. And I was pleased with the Woody.....would have liked to have been closer but the Z9 sensor allowed a big crop. Normally I like most BIF wings down but the Male Wood Duck is an exception with the beautiful details on the wing undersides. This is really an excellent set, Ricky. You made an old cormorant look good and that woody shot is awesome. Sounds like you're a good candidate for the new 800mm PF.
Thank you Ralph! I was pleased with both of those images. Happy to get a preferred profile shot of the Kinglet which as you know doesnt stay still longRick, Awesome captures! The wood duck and Kinglet look like paintings.
Thank you very much, Ralph! Those images are crazy sharp. ! Beautiful
Beautiful series Lance. Some small birds with the Z9 + 500 f5.6 PF + 1.4x TCIII. This is where I need the 800 PF, but the 500 + 1.4x TCIII acquits itself very well!
Eastern Yellow Robin poked his head out from behind a tree and got the lovely afternoon sun.

Beautiful Firetail. A bird I have been after for quite a while. I do have shots of it, but these are the best I have so far.
